Refund and Returns Policy

At Rebel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our refund and return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Accessories (caps, bags, jewelry, etc.) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Return Process

Our team will guide you through the return instructions.

Ship the item back to us at the provided return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

At this time, we only accept returns for refunds.

If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at clubderebel@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
